The In The Sun Franchise Concept

Properties sold abroad tend to be sold with local agents who have little or no support from the Internet. Often it is too expensive for the independent to advertise or obtain a quality site that will reach the public. Instead they rely on passing trade or introductions from the home country.

The In The Sun concept is now in its third year. It has successfully generated leads and sales for our office in Mazarron, Costa Calida.

We now seek to expand our operation throughout Spain and beyond. The key to the success is the website and search engine optimisation that has been created by specialist www.bevivid.co.uk who the are leading partners in this program. We have one of the finest teams in the UK working on this project to make it a real success.

In-the-sun will licence franchisees around the world to sell the advertising of the individual properties direct to the public, and to the local estate agents in their area. They will also obtain agency agreements with builders and developers within their own Franchise area.

In-the-sun will provide each Franchisee the lucrative leads created for off plan and new development in their area.

Leads for resale properties will also be generated. This could be via estate agent who will then receive his normal commission from the property vendor, or the details could be emailed directly to the owner. The owner would then save ‘thousands' in commission that would have been paid to the estate agent.
The income generated here is retained by the Franchisee, and is paid direct to them.

The Franchisee will also be able to include the property details of Builders and Developers free of charge in order to obtain the agencies to sell their properties.

All commission received for selling the new properties will be paid directly to the Franchisee, requiring no commission split with In-The-Sun. Every franchisee will retain all their commission!

We expect each Franchisee to earn a minimum of £2,000 per month from listing properties on the site, in addition to commission from ‘new property sales'. Our established operation in Spain will demonstrate an earning potential in excess of £50k per year is more than realistic for suitable franchisees.

The concept is simple. The franchisee needs to list a minimum of 20 properties per month, adding value to the site. In return the franchisee receives income direct from the client for each property included on the site. Also the franchisee will receive all enquires for new developments in their area.

No business premises are required, and the overheads are extremely low.

By having no hidden costs, and all income paid directly to yourselves, the deal could not be simpler. Cash flow could not be easier with each Vendor paying you direct in advance to list their property, which will stay on the site until sold. All commission received from selling new properties are also paid direct to yourselves.

The Initial Fee includes the cost of training at our offices in Spain for the Training Course lasting 3 days.

In the Sun Franchise Support
In-the-sun will give you full training, to enable you to sell the property listing on the site, and including sales training for new property. Also you will be trained to access the www.in-the-sun.com administration pages for your Franchise area, in order to input the property details and photographs. Training will also include photographic skills using digital technology.
