Each home is made to order, and the usual time scale from order to delivery is 8 weeks, although this can vary depending on the time of year and fiestas.

All homes come fully furnished and a range of extra cost items are also available to be added in during manufacture. These include things like central heating and air conditioning.
The plots are 200sqm plus and the price quoted will include siting of the home, fencing of the plot and skirting to the underneath of the home. We can also supply and fit patio tiling as an option, or you can D.I.Y. if you prefer.
There is a swimming pool and a bar/restaurant and a large library already on site and we have to mention the thursday night fun quiz.
