When we decided to look for a property abroad we contacted a number of companies who just didn't seem interested, we had many offers of inspection trips but we really didn't fancy going down that route what we really wanted was to go on a family holiday to Costa Calida and be met by a few agents who could show us properties that fitted our criteria.
We trawled the Internet and came across Paul at In The Sun - what a breath of fresh air!
We told Paul what we were looking for and he immediately sent through details of a few things that may be of interest to us, he even went out to a site and took photographs which he then e-mailed on to us, we were very impressed with his professional manner and his efficiency to say the least.
We arranged to meet up with Paul while on holiday, he picked us up from our hotel and spent the day with us explaining different options and took us to the development that we subsequently bought on.
We can not recommend Paul and In The Sun highly enough, he is honest, very clued up and really made us feel that he was above all
genuinely interested in finding the right property for us.

My wife and I decided to try and invest a bit of money into some property. We searched high and low and finally found Paul from in-the-sun who sent us some literature.
We only had a limited budget and had set our heart on a two bedroom apartment in Puerto de Mazarron on the Costa Calida.
Paul picked us up from the airport and over a period of 36 hours we had purchased our dream holiday home and future investment.
However, it did not stop there; Paul kept in touch with us throughout. He kept updating us with photographs and news of our apartment and he took the time to explain the quirks that come with purchasing abroad.
Paul and his wife have now become friends. This was due to his honesty, integrity and his sheer passion to try and find that something that would be just right for us. We have no doubt that he could do the same for you.

We decided to look at buying a holiday home in Spain, but the problem we had was, not knowing where to buy. Our local estate agent in the UK put us in touch with Paul at in-the-sun and we arranged to meet him whilst on holiday.
He very kindly spent 2 days just showing us different resorts on the Costa Almeria and Costa Calida coastlines, there was no pressure, and the 2 days we spent helped us to focus on the areas we liked the most.
2 months later we returned to Spain, Paul picked us up from the Airport, he then took us straight to the area we liked the most and within a day we’d bought our holiday home. Paul did all of the negotiating on our behalf, which was such a relief as the language is still a bearer.
Since buying our place we’ve been back many times and each time, we’ve met up with Paul and his wife for a drink, even our new born knows them as Auntie and Uncle. We continue to keep in touch and consider the pair of them to be good friends. I’ve recommended him to colleagues and friends, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use him again.
